Provide access to your own, or select your FREE” Domain Name for Registration* and Hosting*. If you need help with any of this, get in touch with us*.
Select a Template, & Layout
Select a template that you want to use for your new website, we use Elegant Themes templates* that are then customised to fit your requirements. The website’s colour scheme is chosen for you by experienced senior graphic designers, based on the colour scheme of your logo, all designed to help compliment it’s presentation.
Any website requires good quality images if you don’t have any we can recommend where to get some from* legally. Downloading random images from Google searches is usually a breach of copyright, so we can help you do this right, from just a few dollars per image.
Supply your logo, images, content and text copy
We have a super simple “Drag and Drop”* service where you can upload everything we need, but if you need help creating or acquiring any of these things, just check out our Add-On Features & Services*.

The Design Process
Our design process usually begins with a short conversation with you “the client”, so that we understand your exact requirements, can help you understand and put together everything you need, plus answer any questions you might have.
We Send you a Review Link Within 10 Business Days. You then get the opportunity to make a few refinements to your site, change images, fonts etc.– up to 1 hour of design edits is included in the packages we provide. Additional edits will be billed at $80 per hour, but we’ll advise if anything is going to cost extra, so there’s no nasty bill shock later.
We send you a “Sign-off” Link and Final Invoice within 15 business days. If everything looks good to you, you sign-off on it and we’ll make the site “Go Live”. If something’s not ok, you will send it back to us for a second review with your changes marked, so we make those changes and then sign-off. The site will “Go Live” only after you’ve signed off and final payment has been processed.
We will supply you with customised basic training material. You will learn how to do all the basics like add, edit and delete content, upload images, embed YouTube videos and links.
Unless you tell us not to. We’ll feature each new site we build on social media, along with a link to your website and a brief post about your site. If you require any form of digital or physical marketing services* or promotional material* we can supply these for you too. All to help you promote your brand clearly and completely.
